All of our homes are fully furnished. Bedspreads and pillows are also furnished for the price of the rental. Linens which are sheets and towels are an extra charge from $85 for up to 10 guests in a home, any larger homes are $144.50. You must remove the sheets and take the towels to the washing machine area.
Each home has the following:
TV(some have cable others have antenna)
DVD
Microwave
Grill
Some outdoor furniture
Decks
Washer and Dryer(all but Palapas) We are working on this one.
Some of the homes have extra amenities such as hot tubs, pools, sauna's, swings, playground equipment, pool tables, etc.
The homes with extras are Jamaica Beach Fun, Jamaica Me Happy and Palapas Family Fun.
We cannot guarantee that an amenity will be working when you arrive but we do our best to check these items before you arrive. We will call the owner immediately upon you informing us that there is a problem with the item.
Sea Isle has a swimming pool, tennis courts, marina, playground, park, large covered pavilion for family get togethers, pier, store and restaurant for your use if you rent a home there. Swimming Pool passes are $30 per family for the entire visit. Must purchase before you arrive. We will purchase them for you and have them in the home when you arrive.
This is the only community that has a pool for your use as a guest. |
